I'm Sayad. I build AI agents and n8n pipelines for lead generation, order processing, resume screening and churn alerts. They run every day without me touching them. Some for clients, some for products I own.
If a task happens twice, it's a workflow. If it happens daily, it's a robot's job.
I'm Sayad. I got into automation after watching someone spend an afternoon copying business names from Google Maps into a spreadsheet. I built a scraper for it, and I've been building automations ever since.
My work sits where LLMs, APIs and n8n meet: agents that read messages, make decisions and move data without supervision. I optimize for boring. A good automation is one nobody has to think about after launch week.
I've also founded and led a startup, growing it to a team of more than twenty people, and I build my own products, Zerta and Mindleap. Running my own things taught me to judge every system the way an owner does: by what it earns or saves, not by how clever it is.

I built an agent that pulls Google Maps listings for a niche and area, qualifies each result with GPT-4o and writes the clean list to Sheets or Supabase. It replaced hours of manual searching every week.

Built for a shop that sells through Messenger. The assistant handles the whole order conversation: it answers questions, collects details, confirms and writes the order to Supabase. A human only steps in for refunds and odd cases.

A client's sales team was spending about 15 hours a week finding prospects on Google Maps and copying names and numbers into a spreadsheet. Typos, duplicates, and no real qualification.
A Facebook shop I worked with was losing orders overnight. Customers messaged at 2 AM, got answered at 10 AM, and bought from whoever replied first. Every order meant manual back and forth over product, size, address and payment.
